Boulevard Nashville Group was founded by Clay Tate and Sam Logan.
After successful individual careers of over fifteen years, Clay and Sam parlayed their knowledge and experience to create a thriving real estate development and investment company. Boulevard Nashville’s main focus is luxury infill development and sales in the Greater Nashville area and multi-family investment in the southeast region of the US.
Our experience and expertise of the Nashville market combined with dedication to quality service and proven systems, has resulted in thousands of transactions in the and even more relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Meet The Team
Sam Logan
Co-Founder | Finance Director
Sam was raised in Nashville and has been extremely active in the real estate market since 2002. His passion stems from people and the relationships he gets to establish in this field.
Sam and his wife, both Ole Miss graduates, have 3 children who keep them at various tournaments and games just about every weekend throughout the year. When he isn't playing "Super Sports Dad," Sam enjoys working out and vacationing with his family.
Chris Wade
Acquistion Manager
Chris brings a high attention to detail and a diligent service driven work ethic. He is dedicated to providing top of the line customer service to all of our investor and development clients.
His upbeat and positive attitude along with his organizational skills provide our team with the necessary tools to better serve all those who trust us with their real estate needs. Chris is a native of Lexington, KY where he graduated from the University of Kentucky.
Clay Tate
Co-Founder | Operations Director
Clay is a licensed real estate agent with a decorated sales record over the last 15 years - a multi-million dollar annual producer that landed him repeatedly in the top 100 realtors of Middle Tennessee annually. His passion is discovering creative ways to maximize profits and increase cash flow in real estate related ventures including: infill density development, luxury spec construction, value-add multi-family investment and both short-term and long-term rental real estate.
Clay also enjoys playing guitar, golf, traveling with his family and is actively involved in youth sports - coaching flag football, middle school football and basketball throughout the year.
Rebekah Petty
Executive Admin & Operations
Rebekah returned to the Nashville area after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with degrees in Management and Human Resources. She joined the team at the start of the pandemic where her organizational skills and hard work were essential for our team's success.
As Executive of Administration and Operations, Rebekah builds, implements, and manages systems that keeps the business running exceptionally for our clients, team members, and industry partners.
Sam Logan

Clay Tate is a seasoned and top-producing real estate agent in Nashville, Tennessee. Over the past decade Clay has partnered with buyers, sellers, builders and investors in Nashville; selling over 90% of his listings in under 30 days. Prior, Clay worked in the financial industry with Wells Fargo; the construction industry with Tennessee Valley Homes and Beazer Homes, and as a small business owner.
Clay’s well-rounded experience in the real estate industry sets him apart, making him one of the leading and trusted sources for all things real estate and development in and around Nashville. His understanding of the Nashville market allows him to offer a full-service, positive real estate experience to each of his many clients.
Chris Wade

Rebekah Petty

As Executive of Administration and Operations, Rebekah builds, implements, and manages systems that keeps the business running exceptionally for our clients, team members, and industry partners. She currently resides in Fairview with her partner Steven and dog Cash.
Andrea Champion
Realtor
Andrea was raised in Montgomery, AL and attended Rhodes College in Memphis. After graduating with a degree in Urban Studies, she moved to Nashville and began working with the Nashville Downtown Partnership. There, Andrea worked alongside downtown developers, property and business owners for 18 years.
In addition to working downtown, she also lived in downtown Nashville for over 15 years and has owned several condos as investment properties. Andrea is truly an urban Nashville specialist.
Andrea now lives in East Nashville with her husband and their two school-aged boys. They spend lots of time at their kids’ hockey, soccer and baseball games and enjoy taking advantage of everything the city of Nashville has to offer.
Devon McFarland
Realtor
Devon was raised in Memphis and attended UT Knoxville. After graduating with a degree in Education, she taught school for three years in both Memphis and Nashville when she moved here twelve years ago. Devon took some time off teaching after her two sons were born and has spent the last four years in Interior Design work.
Her husband, Mac McFarland, is a Commercial advisor for the Crichton Group where he sells property and casualty insurance. Devon and her husband are proud parents of two boys - Mac and Charlie.
Devon specializes in the luxury market and has built strong relationships with other agents that has led to many off market deals.
Nerissa Sarantos
Realtor
Nerissa was raised in Nashville and recently moved from Michigan back to her southern roots. After graduating from UT Knoxville with a degree in Business and Marketing, Nerissa worked in television, pitching shows to networks and sharpening her negotiation skills. Later, she realized she had an eye for design and renovation, eventually leading to her establishing a career in real estate. Nerissa focuses on building lasting relationships, and providing unparalleled service to her clients.
She and her husband Joe have three daughters and enjoy being active outside. They love hiking, traveling, and watching football, especially the Michigan Wolverines where her husband played linebacker.
